The Maple Corner Community Center is available for both public and private functions. Public events that are free and open to the community, and are “co-sponsored” by the Program Committee, are allowed to use the MCCC rent free. Private Rentals can be arranged by emailing maplecornercc@gmail.com. Please look at our calendar to check availability before you email.
Rental Rates (as of 4/1/18):
Renters use the MCCC for everything from business retreats to dance parties, from knitting circles to wedding receptions. Whatever your needs, we can likely make it work.
Calais Residents: $12 per hour
Non-Calais Residents: $20 per hour
Kitchen Fee: A $50 kitchen fee is required for any events at which there is a sit-down meal for more than 12 people.
Security Deposit: We require a $50 security deposit with any rental.
If the building is left clean and undamaged the Security Deposit check will be destroyed after your event. If you would rather it be returned to you please let us know before your rental.
Note: Renters are required to remove all their own trash.
